Week 18

Almost through the 18th week, I finally put the picture up...the baby is the size of a sweet potato, measuring 5.6 inches (head to rump) and weighing 6.7 oz!

Week 17

 

I know I'm a few weeks late, but in the picture I'm 17 weeks (obviously :).  The baby is the size of onion, measuring in at 5.1 inches (head to rump) and weighing 5.9 oz!

On November 17th, Kara was honored at the annual FCA Banquet in Grand Island as the FCA Female Athlete of the Year! What an honor to a part of this special event!  Austin Kassidy, Safety for NE Cornhuskers, & Brian Holman, retired Seattle Mariners Pitcher, were the guest speakers for the evening!  They did a great job sharing their testimony and how their walk with the Lord has changed their lives!

Heart beating 150 bpm...is it going to be a girl or a boy??

These ultrasound pictures were taken from our last ultrasound appointment a couple days ago.  Our doctor was so kind to show us some 3D pictures of the baby already!  The baby looks great and is growing right on schedule!!  Next ultrasound....we find out the gender!!  What's your vote?!?!

Week 16

I am 16 weeks...almost 5 months!!!  :)  Right now, the baby is the size of an avocado, measuring in at 4.6 inches & 3.5 oz!  It's growing quickly, and I'm starting to feel a little movement!

Yes....I have been taking weekly 'bump' pictures since week 12.  I'm not so sure if I'm the type to post them on the internet, but here it goes! :)  Someone asked me if I was sure there is only one in there...YES...POSITIVE!!! :)
