We celebrated Christmas with Danielle's family the weekend before. It was a little different because we typically stay over on Christmas Eve, but we decided we wanted to be home for Christmas morning to start new traditions with our own family! As hard as it was to change, I think we all had a blast! We headed over to Rockville on Friday evening for soup and games. We did our usual campout on the living room floor in the basement (at until our air mattress went flat!!). On Saturday morning, we got our wake up call from Santa aka Robin! :) He gets the biggest kick out of doing it every year! :) Brexton wasn't sure what to think!
After santa left, it was time to peek at our stocking and open presents! Brexton really got into opening his presents this year! After a while he got bored, but overall he did good!!
We finished off Christmas by cooking a feast for lunch, naptime, baking, playing games, and watching Christmas movies! I think its safe to say we were all okay starting a new tradition!!
