30 Day Photography Challenge....Day 3

{CLOUDS}

I had all intentions of posting before I left for Denver, however, there was not a cloud in the sky! I made sure I took my camera with me in hopes of getting pictures on the way. I was so glad I did! These pictures were taking in the evening out Marquette's front door! The Rocky Mountains are just breathtaking! God's beauty is so amazing!

yes...i am behind on my posts :(

i have a perfectly good excuse.....

i spent the past weekend in denver with my future sister-in-law, marquette! we had a fabulous weekend together! we were able to do a lot of wedding planning. we shopped....and shopped.....and shopped :) we went to the mile high flea market in denver...what an experience! definately something you don't want to do alone. i had intentions of taking pictures of our weekend to put on my blog, but i didn't take a single one of us! :(

30 Day Photography Challenge....Day 2

.....what i wore today.....

i wish i would of looked at todays subject before i got dressed this morning! :) let me just say that a stay at home wife who babysits two little girls has a different dress code than most on a typically day.

*warning....this post contains comfy, unmatched clothes and no makeup!*

so today i chose a baby blue t-shirt and green comfy shorts...

this evening, we ventured to broken bow for parts and supper....i decided i needed a shower and could fix up a little. this what i went out in......

30 Day Photography Challenge....Day 1

As you all know, this blogging thing is rather new to me. I actually started this blog for a wonderful friend of mine, Lindsey. I babysit her sweet little girl, Paislie, during the day. Lindsey, and her husband AJ, traveled to Europe to visit AJ's family. During part of their trip, Paislie stayed with us over night. I took many pictures during that time. I thought this blog would be the easiest way to share pictures and document everything Paislie was up too while she was here.

I have family and friends who blog on a regular basis, and I enjoy reading them. I thought it would be fun to continue blogging, but I wasn't really sure what to blog about. One of my girlfriends asked if I wanted to do a 30 Day Photography Challenge with her and a couple other girlfriends! I was hesitant to say yes, but I think it will be fun, and I hope I can follow through! :) Check out my girlfriend's blogs, Chelsea, Kim, and Kara's, as we do this challenge together!

So here it goes......DAY 1.....a self-portrait....

this is me.....after spending the day in kearney with paislie walking around walmart & the mall for 3 hours while my car is getting new tires & and wheel barrings fixed, making a menards run for the hubby, unloading the car, playing with paislie, brushing jade (my colt), and trying to take a picture of myself :) yes i did get a perm this past weekend and curly is an understatement ;)
